With a strong background in construction and real estate, Eric brings over 30 years of hands-on experience and knowledge to the team. Growing up in a hardworking family, he gained valuable insights into construction practices, tradesmen, and the do’s and don’ts of the housing industry.
Eric is a licensed builder and a certified inspector, with expertise in all construction types. Having been a licensed realtor for 17 years and having sold over $30 million in real estate, he understands the intricacies of the market. Eric’s passion lies in educating homeowners on the proper approach to home ownership and maintenance.
With his extensive experience in inspecting and updating all types of homes, from starter homes to multi-million dollar properties, Eric ensures that Apex Homeworks delivers top-notch service, repairs, and maintenance to prevent future deficiencies. His dedication to excellence and commitment to client satisfaction make him an invaluable asset to the team.
Jesse Rapinatti
Team leaderJesse Rapinatti, a Team Leader at Apex Homeworks, is an essential member of the company. After completing his associate degree at Oakland Community College, Jesse joined the team in 2018, bringing with him a strong work ethic and a passion for remodeling. Raised in a family that owned and operated a well-known and respected heating and cooling company in Oxford, Michigan, Jesse developed a keen interest in the challenges of remodeling.
In addition to his leadership role, Jesse is also a Certified Inspector, further contributing to his comprehensive understanding of homes and their inspection needs. With his dedication and expertise, Jesse ensures that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, providing clients with exceptional service and results.
Noah Nunn
Team leaderNoah Nunn, a Team Leader at Apex Homeworks, brings a unique skill set to the company. Initially pursuing a career in photography and business, Noah attended Oakland Community College. During his time there, an opportunity in real estate photography sparked his interest in the housing industry. Eager to gain more knowledge and experience in construction, Noah joined the Apex Homeworks team in 2020 and has been a valuable addition ever since.
Alongside his team leadership responsibilities, Noah actively contributes to the inspection team, leveraging his diverse background to provide a comprehensive perspective on homes.
